Engaging in daily wellness activities positively influences relationships and contributes to heightened productivity and satisfaction in our professional lives.
When a doctor provides a prescription, recommending the medicine for its potential positive effects on your daily well-being, the probability of compliance is typically high. Consider a hypothetical "wonder drug" that, when taken consistently and mindfully, reduces the likelihood of illness and enhances both daily wellness and overall happiness. This is precisely where Liv and Nik's extensive experience in prescribing mental health and wellness strategies is poised to bring valuable insights and enlightenment to your team.

Livia believes in the power of compliments.
Simply put, we don’t give enough compliments. One of my favourite activities to do with teams revolves around compliments, because of the powerful response that is evoked in the receiver, and the giver alike.
